This Membership Agreement is a binding agreement between you the member, and WolfSurfer.com.

Acceptance of membership and/or maintaining a subscription for services implies consent to this agreement, as well as future updates, alterations or changes to this agreement.

Terms of Membership

SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) will not be tolerated in any way. Formal complaints of SPAM/UCE are handled as top priority. SPAM/UCE complaints against you may result in loss of your WolfSurfer.com account, without recourse on your part.

Legal action will be pursued by WolfSurfer.com for any loss or damages incurred due to SPAM/UCE complaints against you.

Simply put, DO NOT send SPAM or UCE. The consequences of this type of marketing can cause substantial damage for all parties involved.

Please note, WolfSurfer is not responsible for the income claims or promises with sites in rotation. Please research all business opportunities before you join them. Be sure to visit your local Better Business Bureau, and other consumer awareness organizations before you invest any amount of money! You join any program at your own risk.

As a member you agree to receive discount offers, promotions and informative updates from WolfSurfer.com to all email addresses on record.

You are solely responsible for the maintenance and payment of any subscription(s) to WolfSurfer.com created by you or your representatives. We do not create or maintain member subscriptions to our services. Only those who have access to your online banking account(s) may do so.

In the event that you wish to delete your WolfSurfer account, and have an upgrade subscription in place, it is YOUR responsibility to login to your PayPal account and terminated that subscription yourself.

Deletion of your account DOES NOT cancel the upgrade subscription, and WE DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THAT FOR YOU! So please do not ask us. Login to PayPal and cancel it yourself.

Cancellation of any subscription(s) will result in the immediate termination of all related accounts (downgrade to Free status), regardless of the last successful payment date. WolfSurfer.com shall not be held responsible for services and/or fees lost due to subscription cancellation, or deletion of your WolfSurfer account.

In the event of a failed payment request for membership fees, your account will be re-billed one time, three days following the payment failure. Upon the second failed payment request in any given billing cycle, any related WolfSurfer.com accounts and subscriptions will be terminated, without recourse on your part.

Your usage session must be a full browser window. Any software found to be minimizing the browsers will be cause for immediate termination of the account.

This is a traffic exchange, the basic concept of this is to co-operate with other viewers. Please do not use or endorse this kind of cheat software. Please view your sites in full browser windows!

Sites containing or with links to hate, discriminatory or illegal content, pornography or warez are not allowed or tolerated. Also, all 'investment surf' sites are now banned at WolfSurfer. Nor are "cash gifting", "cash leveraging" or ptp sites allowed.

Only one account per user or IP address is permitted.

A MAXIMUM of ONE POP-UP, POP-UNDER, Fly-in or Slide-in ad is permitted per website. That is ONE Total, not one of each! Any domains found to have more than one pop up, a virus, a script download or abusive content that disrupts the surfing community at WolfSurfer will be suspended and all credits removed! This must be done to provide members with an enjoyable and safe surfing experience. WolfSurfer prides itself on having automatic URL approval, please make sure the web site you are promoting follows our simple rules. Again, no more than one pop up/under, no viruses, script downloads (including 'i-frame PPC sites'), no hate sites, no porn, no frame breakers and no PTPs (Paid-to-Promote sites)!

Furthermore, being an upgraded member does not give one the right to ignore the rules. Read those again, because repeated offenses can cause one's account to be permanently suspended - and no refunds given.

No autoresponders, period! Do not use an email account with an autoresponder. One autoresponder email message from your account is grounds for account deletion. And if your e-mail bounces, your account is subject to immediate removal.
